Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To start a return, please contact us at homebornhappiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video proof. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Final Sale Items

Discounted, clearance, or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
